Qualification: MBA/PGDBM

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Salary: 6-8Lacs + 25% Performance Allowance

Special Skills required if any:

- Energetic, sophisticated, strong in execution of sales delivery, entrepreneurial by nature Must have networking of big buyers at corporate level at end users and investors. Well versed in marketing, developing dealer networks and branding & sales promotion of new projects. Strong organisational skills, including the ability to prioritize, multi - task and work effectively with minimal supervision.

- Proven success in a business -to-business sales environment.

Job Magnitude :

- Controls Revenue/Budget: Revenue generating Internal Customers: Project Team, CRM, Finance

- Scope of Job: Development of Channel Partners

- External Interactions: Broker, consultant, Banker

- Span of Control: Nil

Responsibilities Areas :

- Develops, communicates and executes the strategic sales plan.(People, price & promotion)

- Coordinating with Channel partner / investors and prospective buyers.

- Responsible for product promotion launch, market development & promotional activities like exhibitions, canopy display etc.& acting as contact between a company and its existing and potential markets.

- Delivers the revenue targeted in the sales plans & export targets.

- Grows the number of leads generated in the center by the sales team through networking, broker relations and other sales activities.

- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.

- Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
