The various products and services that company offers are Video Conferencing, Business Lounges, Hot Desk, Executive Memberships, Day Office and others.

JOB FUNCTIONAL AREAS :

1. Generating New Business through prospecting and enquiry handling within the local / designated market in order to exceed and achieve set targets .

2. Lead generation through local companies, partnerships and broker partners etc.

3. To drive and maximize services revenue through up-selling/ cross selling of variable services to new and existing customers.

4. Conduct tours and converting prospects leads into actually business by up selling cross selling the entire product range.

5. Updating reports on a regular basis on Sales Movement until closure of specific deal.

6. Keeping abreast of the local market by attending networking events and building strong channel relationships with commercial brokers.

- Reporting to the CEO.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE :

Graduate in any field, good command on English communication (Verbal and Written)

Key Attributes / Skills :

a. Should have a relevant experience of 3-5 years in the same or similar industry

b. Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to network and build business associations

c. Should have exposure is handling B2B sales and channel partner sales. HNI handling would be a plus.

d. Should have customer service understanding and orientation

e. Prior experience in driving sales through International Property Brokers and Local broker firms would be an advantage.

f. For candidates who are working or have worked in Mumbai only

AGE : 28 - 35 years

LOCATION OF POSTING : Mumbai

SALARY : Commensurate with experience and proven ability. Salary includes incentives for performers.
