6. Job Purpose :

- With the principles and methods for showing, promoting products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.

- To monitor service standards and quality.

7. Reports to (Designation) : Head Sales & Marketing

8. Job Responsibility/Scope :

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

- Set aggressive sales strategies to grow the regional revenue.

- Generate demand forecasts.

- Develop strong customer relationship.

- Manage existing development projects.

- Work closely with local and HQ marketing teams to perform product marketing related activities.

- Collect customer input to define next generation product roadmaps.

- Collect competitive market information for pricing guideline.

- Generate sales collaterals.

- Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and product offering.

- Network with Like- minded sectors to understand the best practices.

- Maintain and enhance standards through customer feedback.

- Negotiate contracts with distributors to manage product distribution, establishing distribution networks and developing distribution strategies.

- Coordinate and participate in promotional activities to market products and services through innovative brand offerings.

- Customer Segmentation based on occupancy and emerging trends for product enhancement resulting in increased client base and customer satisfaction.

- Manage direct and indirect Sales & distribution channels.
