Manager/Senior Manager - Sales - Colour/Pigment Manufacturing Firm (5-7 yrs)

Job Requirements:

Education: BSc (Chemistry) or B.E / B. Tech (Chemical) Full time qualified

Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience of B2B Sales & Marketing

Proven experience in B2B / Corporate / Industrial Sales & Marketing of Paints, Organic Pigments & Pigment Dispersion's used in water based paints, Inks & Allied industries.

Job Responsibilities:

- Meeting current customers

- Business Dev. & Sales for all over India catering industries

- Proficiency in identifying new potential customers/business opportunities for products like pigments, master batch, additives, PVC leading to sales growth

- Constant market development and coordinating activity with existing and new customers.

- Adapting to changing situations to maximize cost effectiveness

- To interact with customers for orders, internal coordination and follow ups with various departments for smooth financial and logistic arrangements for overall execution of orders

- Ensure timely collection of sales proceeds.

- Submission of weekly and monthly customer visit plan.

- Keeping track of competitors sales, pricing, promotional activities etc. and provide valuable inputs for fine tuning sales and marketing strategies.

- Outstanding verbal and written communication and inter personal skills.

- Achieve sales targets in the assigned territory for the sale of Pigments & Color Dispersions used in paint & coating industry.

- Monitoring orders from initial stage of placing till execution stage.

- Identifying & networking with prospective clients.

- To support BU head for budgeting and rolling forecast for the region with targeted accuracy levels.

- Increase in customer satisfaction index through timely support and service on pre and after sales issues Exploring new business opportunities through targeted untapped markets in order to enhance the sales growth

- Ensure performance of the products based on knowledge of the end applications and provide feedback to the BU Head

- Provide support to BU Head for India Sales strategy

- Handle all technical queries raised by customers. This would cover the following areas: a) Detailed response to customer complaints with closure as per deadlines, b) Detailed studies and analysis of competitor samples

- Handling a wide range of Inorganic Pigments and Specialties

- Need to market Inorganic pigments and super specialty products

- Conduct product trials & support development team to upgrade the products.Negotiate terms of trade.

- Apart from local sales and market development, need significant knowledge on International sale and market development for exporting

- Know how of global market trend and competitors position etc

- Great networking and inter-personal relations
