Manager/ Senior Manager - Sales (3-9 yrs)

Sales Managers/ Sr. Sales Managers

a) Keep track of all ongoing Infrastructure projects in assigned region /territory.

b) Prepare monthly/quarterly demand and price projections for LPRC - Project/customer/site wise.

c) Meet Customers on defined frequency and/or as required, book orders: 1-month firm + 2 months rolling basis

d) Finalize prices and financial terms with customer as per central guideline.

e) Prepare daily MIS - Demand, Orders booked, Sales till date, balance sales, SOB, Market share, Payment - Overdues, High Age stock, etc.

f) Keep track of competition activities & prepare Market Inputs like list of the active competitors, volume, SOB, price, points for benchmarking, OFIs, etc.

g) Manage effective daily management like logging of Sales orders, Preparing DOs, follow up with SCM- PPC as per need w.r.t. given delivery commitments to customers, collect payments as per sales agreement, etc.

h) Ensure no overdues or high age inventory built-up

i) Work with Marketing, Product Application Engineer for necessary approvals, improvement initiatives, etc.

j) Run Customer Value Management initiatives with Key customers. Quantify and document the gains from joint improvement initiatives.

k) Arrange Senior management visits & interactions between customer and JSW for business growth

l) Effective resolution of customer complaints with agile response. Coordinate Customer Satisfaction Survey at defined frequency.

m) Achieve all given KRAs as per ABP and individual personal development plan.i.e. Sales, NR, Value Added Sales, OD, High Age stock, improvement initiatives, etc.

n) Give inputs for ABP (Annual Business Plan) & LTP ( long Term Plan )

o) Coordinate with documentation team and GBS team for post shipment flow of documents and timely information to Exports customers

p) Provide inputs on upcoming projects in global market, global market potential, etc. Also gather information on best prestressing practices followed and materials used worldwide
