JOB DESCRIPTION:

- New lead generation through different sources and converting them in deals.

- Good at closing deals, negotiation, client handling, convincing skills.

- Spotting market opportunities for new customers.

- Responsible for sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth.

- Responsible for planning monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them in a given time frame.

- Should have Experience in team handling.

- Fluent in English and Hindi mandatory.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

- Motivating team members.

- Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

- Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.

- Should be competent to plan sales activities in terms of prospecting and engaging with the clients.

- Meeting the sales targets.

- Able to negotiate.

- Effective use of sales techniques.

- Knowledgeable of all federal and local laws regarding real estate.

- Trustworthiness

Excellent communication Skills (English or Hindi) are required.

Experience: 6 months onward to 6 years

Salary: Upto 50 K PM
