Manager/Senior Manager - Marketing - Healthcare (4-8 yrs)
- Guide junior staff & trainees in routine work.
- Prepare, update and manage Customer database with details of the customer including contact details.
- Support in market research for new tests launched, to identify potential business opportunities.
- Keep track on competition and activities in the market.
- Ensuring market coverage, visiting feeder labs, hospitals, prospective customer base.
- Guide Product Marketing Executive in Clinical Marketing activities.
- Meeting business growth objectives by acquiring new customers and customer segments; meeting business development plans as per management requirements.
- Initiating & planning CME programs for Laboratory professionals, clinicians (need based and as guided by Management).
- Creating Public awareness program through email campaigns, pamphlets, brochures and other media.
- Developing strong relations with Key Opinion Leaders & interacting with them regularly.
- Conducting camps For Anand Diagnostic Laboratory at main center or its branches.
- Planning and organizing events based on important days.
- Develop clear understanding of concept of Quality in relation to the departmental work & general principles of QM.
- Ensure discipline in the department with respect to timings, etiquette, dressing & behavior.
- Support the junior staff in routine work, guide and nurture the trainees and junior staff of the department.
- Maintaining harmonious inter and Intra departmental relationship
- Protects organization's value by acting as per the ethical practices of the organization.
