Overview:

This position requires someone that is a self-starter and is highly organized and can multi-task very well. Our environment is small and this position will wear many hats within the organization. A teamwork attitude and willingness to problem solve and - get things done- is a must in this position.

Responsibilities:

- Develop new business via telephone and mass communication such as email and social media to introduce the Roambee solution and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.

- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects.

- Conduct need analysis and determine prospect's pain points and determine how the Roambee solution will speak to those needs.

- Identify key buying influencers within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.

- Follow through on qualified leads from internal lead generation programs.

- Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospective opportunities.

- Coordinate all leads, prospects and opportunities, including regular updating and reporting using.

- Prepare weekly and monthly prospecting reports.

- Work with sales teams to grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly revenue goals.

- Manage data for new and prospective clients in Roambee CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached.

What we are looking for :

- We are looking for 1-5 years of experience in sales or marketing/lead generation activities. This position requires a high level of organization, strong excel skills, ability to multi-task and jump from priority to priority daily. Someone that can problem solve and drive results will also be successful. Interest in supply chain management or transportation and logistics a big plus! The position begins as soon as we find the right candidate. Compensation is negotiable and depends on experience and skill level. Our compensation consists of salary, performance bonus and stock options.
