Direct Sales Team Role :

Looking to hire great business development and partnership talent. We are looking for smart, hungry, ownership-driven people looking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in getting in early at a startup with tremendous scale potential, as well as folks looking to do partner management, business development, growth operations, product management, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for delivering revenue targets through direct sales team . Drive service to sales culture and ensure highest standards of quality of business.

- Recruit, motivate and mentor a team of 7-8 direct sales team members (on-rolls) along with their team leader. Ensure all training requirements are met related customer acquisition, governance and credit underwriting.

- Ensure adherence to attendance, punctuality and other company policies.

- Drive business targets through the team by up-selling and cross-selling to merchants. Manage customer escalations.


- Set up processes and practices to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for the merchants.

- Conduct periodic reviews of the progress of direct reports and suggest corrective measures, if any.

- Emphasize on talent retention and manage attrition.


Desired Skills and Experience :


- At least 4-5 years- similar prior experience in driving P&L through direct sales team.

- Strong communication and leadership skills.

- Ideal candidate should be hungry, proactive, and outward-oriented, with a bias for action and delivering results.

- Masters preferred.

- Experience with Bank (Retail Assets or Cards), NBFC or Insurance preferred.
