Years of Experience 3-5 years

Preferable Industry/Exposure Media Agency, Media division at Client/channel end

Key responsibilities and accountabilities :

- Deliver projects with high quality standards meeting client expectations and timelines

- Create client presentations with recommendations and insights

- Manage all client interaction independently or with minimal support

- Trend analysis and additional developmental activities on audits and processes

- Collaborating with members of other teams to deliver on time

- Manage retainer relationships and all client communication with periodic visits and other initiatives .

- Evaluate and scope additional business and cross selling opportunities

Role-specific skills and knowledge Knowledge & Skills Required:

- Good knowledge of Media Planning & Strategy

- High level of proficiency with media softwares like BARC, IRS and MS Office Personal attributes:

- Confidence and comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing client environment

- Self-motivated, working with little supervision

- Collaborative team player, open minded - non political

- Discrete about all confidential and personal information

- Driven, proactive, helpful, and enthusiastic team player
