- We are looking for Manager/ Sr Mgr ( Mobile AD/ Digital AD Sales) for Bangalore Locations office of the client

The details are as follows :

Client : Leading Mobile / Digital solutions set up ( Part of leading industrial group of India)

Location : Gurgaon

Position : Manager/ Sr Mgr ( Digital Sales )

Experience : 5-10 years of Relevant experience in digital sales

Qualification : Graduate (Manager Qualification preferred)

The client Sr Management team has combined 40+ years of experience across US & India in key Management, Business Development and Technical positions. Complemented by a team of young professionals who eat, sleep and breathe creativity and technology.

Key Requirements for the Role :

JD : ( MGR/ Sr MGR) - Digital Sales

- Proven track record with extensive digital sales experience including significant exposure to leading and managing digital budget at a reputable advertising agency or for an entertainment/media company

- Strong background in digital marketing including strategic approach to rich media, native advertising and interactive advertising.

- Proven success in selling and delivering integrated cross media solutions

- Outstanding sales, negotiation and presentation skills

- Very strong People Management skills, ability to lead both experienced people, develop and mentor junior team members

- Skilled in multi-tasking, managing deadlines, and prioritizing all within a fast-paced environment

- Superb communication skills

- Proven ability to devise and deliver creative, exciting and innovative digital partnerships

- Senior level contacts in ad agencies including investment, planning and digital

- Excellent analytical skills and ability to think both strategically and laterally.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing required or equivalent work experience

The Job Responsibilities would include :

- Lead the client Servicing & BD portfolio for Digital Media, Social Media, Mobile Media to further establish the regional client base

- Be a primary driver of integrated marketing strategy development process for the new business pitches across Digital Marketing planks.

- Supervise the development and execution of these integrated digital programs that maximize budget projections

- Oversee creation of all ad sales integration materials including presentations, one-sheets, re-caps, etc.
