- Position : Manager/ Sr. Manager / Deputy General Manager - Marketing & Sales (Gravure)
- Location : Hyderabad (South)
- Reporting to : Vice President - Marketing & Sales (Gravure)
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Meet Regional budgeted sales targets in Liquid ink (Gravure ) business.
- Strengthen channel partners and facilitate them to grow the business.
- Monitor competitor's activity and create databank.
- Coordinate with technical team for cost saving, trouble shooting and introduction of new products.
- Follow the payment terms with the customers to keep outstanding within limit.
- Managing team of regional Heads for achievement of regional targets
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Science from a well-known University and MBA.
- Techno Commercial work experience of minimum 15-20, out of which 8 to 10 years- experience of working at a Senior Management level.
- Rich experience in Institutional Sales and Channel Partner Management
- Should have worked in SAP environment.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Mathematical / Analytical skills
