Position : Manager/Senior Manager - Client Servicing
Reporting to : AVP-Digital Marketing
Location : New Delhi

Key Responsibilities :
1 Develop, implement and manage our digital comms strategy for our accounts.
2 Define the most important social media KPIs and execute .
3 Manage and oversee client deliverables.
4 Measure the success of every campaign.
5 Stay up to date with the best practices and technologies.
6 Manage P&L of the unit.
7 Maintain reports and client servicing trackers.
8 Work closely with copy and design team for the client solutions.
9. Coordinate teams internally like Copy, Design Digital marketing, Influencer activation etc.
