Manager/Senior Manager - Client Relationship - Invoice Discounting (5-8 yrs)

Location: Hyderabad

Position: Manager/ Sr. Manager- Client servicing

Responsibilities-

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all invoice discounting-related matters.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business needs, financial goals, and challenges.

- Proactively identify business development, cross-selling and upselling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, operations, support to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

- Conduct regular meetings, both in person and virtually, to review clients' financial performance, provide updates on our invoice discounting services, and address any concerns or issues.

- Provide expert guidance and advice to clients on optimizing through invoice discounting solutions.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices in invoice discounting and communicate relevant information to clients.

- Prepare and deliver client presentations, reports, and proposals to showcase the value and benefits of our invoice discounting services.

- Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, advocating for clients' needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding the client base through referrals and networking.

Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments, create and maintain plan documents working internally.

- Guide teams to utilize thought leadership to deliver clients' business goals in innovative ways, Manage client relationships strategically based on business and marketing objectives.

- Design digital marketing programs and its evaluation strategy.

- Plan and direct delivery of contracted business activities for assigned projects.

- Establish yearly admin budgets and control expenses to attain revenue goals

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, must be in the field of financial services.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.

- Deep understanding of financial products, services, and industry practices.

- Demonstrated ability to identify and capitalize on cross-selling and upselling opportunities.

- Proficient in analysing financial statements and understanding clients' cash flow dynamics.

- Ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

- Proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on client satisfaction and retention.

Education -

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent work experience and a proven track record in client management within the invoice discounting industry will also be considered.
