Manager/Senior Manager - Card Sales (7-10 yrs)

CMS's Cards is one of the leaders in plastic card personalization business - offering end-to-end services and solutions for financial (Credit/Debit/Prepaid) & No financial (Govt/Retail/Loyalty) Segment. Currently we manage Card Personalization (Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift etc.) and fulfillment services for Banking and Non- banking customers. This position will be responsible for:

- Responsible for sales of EMV Chip card product and services

- Independently handle tenders and large accounts especially in the financial institution domain

- Help build strategy for business growth and to gain wider market share.

- Building relationship with key decision maker at customer location with efficient account management.

- Responsible for providing market updates to the management

- Manage existing clients by providing solutions for their Card requirements. This will involve understanding their existing rates and terms and proposing a well-defined solution.

- Upselling and cross selling of card services.

- Managing / servicing existing client relationships and bring in new relationships through referrals/ active solicitation. Resolution of customer queries & complaints..

- Ensuring coordination with internal teams like Finance, Operations, Legal and IT for timely resolution of customer complaints/issues

- Post Graduate in business management with 7-8 years of experience from Financial card/ATM/Managed services industry.

- Prior experience in handling tenders and bids is mandatory requirement.

- Experience in account management will be preferred.

- Strong communication (both oral and written) and negotiation skills required.

- Should be willing to travel to client offices across India.
