Manager- Business Development


- We are seeking Senior Business Development Manager/Business Development Manager, to support our high growth business of Aasaanjobs, a betterplace company. In this role you will be responsible for business development in promoting, pitching Staffing and Recruitment Solution's offering of Aasaanjob's & in contributing towards bringing new business portfolio and logos. The holder for this role will eventually be tasked with clients exploring third-party staffing /off rolls solutions. You are responsible for monitoring and chasing the revenue target for the region and enhancing sales over MOM and YOY basis and achieve the desired targets and goals.

What we are looking for :

- B2B sales experience in Sales targeted at HR function.

- Lead Conversion and Successful Invoicing within defined timelines.

- Quarterly/Monthly revenue generated from your accounts.

Preferred industries : Non-IT Staffing, HR tech (payroll, expense management, compliance, Background verification).

- Initiate meaningful conversations and pitching solutions related to the recruitment & staffing industry.

- Fluency in Spoken and Written English, Punctual and Diligent.

- Graduate or MBA Preferred.

what you will do :

Accounts Management :

- To ensure a smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinating with teams and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.

Onboarding / KYC :

- To achieve monthly onboarding targets for the region & ensuring proper KYC procedures followed for smooth onboarding of client/clients.

Handling Migrations :

- Proposing & convincing clients/customer's for transferring current manpower payrolls with Aasaanjob's on advising the benefits of our offered solutions which are under the other vendor payroll or clients in Corporates, SME's and Start-ups, etc.

- Agreements; Liaising and sharing association agreements and LOI's with clients and file these before commencing servicing teams in a timely manner.

Internal/External Communication :

- To maintain & promote healthy communication between Ops & Sales teams. Facilitate closed deals with the Aasaanjobs

- Client Servicing Team and ensure complete knowledge transfer and successful delivery.

Revenue Targets :

Billing / Collection : To ensure timely invoicing and collection of billable. Tracking of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets.
