Manager/Senior Manager - Business Development - Recruitment (6-9 yrs)
Designation : Business Development Manager / Senior Manager
Required Candidate Profile :
- The incumbent would be expected to establish, nourish and develop the clientele in Mumbai.
- The desired candidate should have 6-9 years of experience in sales function in a staffing / recruitment / RPO organization.
-Should be both an individual contributor and a team manager. Would be required to work in tandem with the Hiring-Manager / Sourcing-Manager to ensure the timely deliverables to the client.
- In case you are an aggressive sales manager with an entrepreneurial bent of mind and wants have an impacting and high-flying career path , we would pleased to meet you.
- Should possess a pleasant demeanour.
- Should have good verbal and written Communication skills.
