Leading Global Fintech MNC requires Mgr/ Sr Manager -BD (Employee Rewards & Benefit solutions) - Thane

One of our client a leading Global Fintech MNC operating in over 80 countries and it is the world leader in employee incentive solutions & issuer of prepaid vouchers and cards. It is the leader in Employee Benefits, Citizen Benefits and Rewards Management business. Its products offers customers a secure payment instrument which can be used over an affiliated network while its programs helps its clients reach, distribute, reward, include and retain their partners, customers and employees.

The client is looking for Mgr/ Sr Manager- BD ( Employee Rewards & benefit solutions) for Thane in location.

THE JOB DETAILS ARE AS FOLLOWS : 

CLIENT - Global FINTECH MNC

JOB TITLE - Mgr/ Sr MANAGER-BD ( Employee Reward Mgt & Cloud Loyalty solutions) 

EXP - 3- 8 years in corporate sales / Business Development ( Concept sales/ B2B SALES/ Dot companies/ / ANY BODY WHO HAS been interacting with Senior HR / Mktg ( CMO's/ CHRO's) professionals in corporates/ companies in Mumbai region .

Location - THANE

THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS : 

- Operating Network

- Key Accounts; Clients & Customers

Job Purpose :

-The primary role is to Acquire clients for the employee reward & Loyalty Mktg platform (ERM), which means connecting with the CHRO's / CFO's/ CMO's in the MUMBAI kt

KRAs :

1) Business acquisition for employee benefit solutions platform ( ERM)

- It involves a strong connect with the HR Heads/ CFO's with corporates

2) Internal process follow ups

3) Expansion and extension of portfolio, Optimization and revenue generation

6) Follow internal processes for MIS, activity reports

Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Achieve Corporate customer acquisition in the defined vertical or named accounts

- Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts as per AOP

- To act as a bridge between the organization and the client, To nurture / develop a relationship between the client and the organization for mutual benefit

- To increase market share.

- Meeting Targets as per the productivity norms set by Head Sales.

- Relationship Development Building with the assigned Corporate.

- Developing Enterprise Account based strategy i.e. understanding the existing telecom solutions and proposing solutions to maximize share of business.

- Management reporting as per requirement.

- Be the brand ambassador of the organization in the industry.

- Understand the business, market needs and the competitive environment of the client.

- Based on the understanding of the needs of the client as well as that of the organization to develop the right strategy that will help increase market share.

- Help build the relationship with the customer by helping the customer get the best customized solutions/he can get
