Job Description :
- To drive Life Insurance Business thru a Team of Insurance Advisors and to achieve sales Targets thru them recruitment of advisors.
- Training of Advisors by doing joint sales calls with them
- To Manage a Team of Advisors.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum Graduate with 1 Year + Sales Experience in any Industry / Field.
- Candidate Age (Preferably b/w 24 - 38 Years)
- Good Communication, Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
- Must have local Contact's to make Insurance advisors thru his own contacts.
- Candidates from sales background will be preferred.
Salary- 1.5 lac to 3.5 lac + Incentives
