Manager - Search Engine Optimization (3-5 yrs)
- We are looking for an experienced and passionate SEO expert to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organic growth and improving search engine rankings for clients' websites and digital assets. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO best practices and be able to implement strategies that align with the client's goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies, including keyword research and on-page, off-page, and technical optimization tactics
- Regularly conduct website audits to identify technical issues that may impact search engine rankings
- Analyze website data to evaluate the success of SEO strategies and report findings to clients
- Create proposals and pitches that demonstrate the agency's expertise and value proposition
- Manage client expectations and provide regular updates on the progress
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to existing clients
- Overall, the SEO manager plays a critical role in developing and executing effective SEO strategies that help clients achieve their goals and grow their online presence.
Expectation From The Candidate :
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with SEO in focus
- A data-driven approach to marketing
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and research skills
- Should have good presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Functional Competencies :
- Advanced knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, technical SEO, and analytics)
- Strong understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics
- Expert in different SEO tools
- High-level proficiency in Google Sheets, Google Slides, and Google Docs.
- Content creation
- Data analysis and reporting
- Project management
- Client relationship management
- Bonus points if experienced in proposal creation and formulation
