Manager - Search Engine Marketing - Edtech (1-3 yrs)

Our client is a global leader in creating products for early-childhood education. They consist of several sub brands in early-childhood education, with emphasis on design, education and creating meaningful and joyful experiences for children all over the world.

As the SE Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing and maintaining eCommerce marketing strategies at both tactical and strategic levels of SEM.

The other responsibilities will be as follows :

- Developing a systematic SEM and Advertising strategy, utilizing multiple platforms and SEO for both organic and targeted traffic

- Driving traffic and increasing sales through PPC advertising, search engine optimization, social media campaigns, keyword management, etc.

- Identifying and refining appropriate keywords and phrases through in-depth research and manage bidding strategies

- Managing writing projects and working with the PR team for publishing in online and offline channels

- Developing, conceptualizing and executing social media content and initiatives to drive engagement and branding

- Fully responsible for content distribution and engagement in social media channels such as Facebook, Youtube and LinkedIn to name a few.

- Maintaining and adapting strategies to current search engine ranking algorithms

- Working closely with marketing team to understand campaign objectives and aligning content creation to marketing timelines and objectives

- Planning, creating and executing paid marketing campaigns on Facebook, Google Adwords

- Continuously monitoring and analyzing web traffic and use that information to guide content development

- Focussing on audience needs and usability throughout the online content creation process

- Measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)

- Constantly refining marketing content to improve efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Extensive knowledge of modern SEM practices in websites, ecommerce platforms and digital advertising

- Should be able to design and run campaigns

- Experienced in building/administering content in digital platforms

- Experienced with keyword research, competitive analysis, web analytics, and Googles suite of analytics and search marketing tools

- Understanding of Mobile App Marketing and experience in PPC Campaigns

- Keen eye for detail, proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines

- Ability to write insightful, engaging, and informative copy on tight deadlines

- Entrepreneurial spirit, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and the ability to thrive in an ever-evolving environment

- Flexible for 6 day working structure
