Job Title : SEM Manager

Job Description :

- Handle Google, Facebook & retargeting campaigns for web & mobile from the pure performance perspective.

- Plan & Execute Campaigns with ROAS & LTV in mind.

- Experiment with new audience pool, channels, placements, inventories for better conversions & lower CAC

- Good understanding of FB dynamic ads, web conversion, RFM, Google PLA & retargeting ads.

- Must have experience in cross-selling & up-selling, retargeting buckets, creation of user personas.

- Track & analyze performances through attribution & analytics tools, such as GA/Omniture

- Generate weekly and monthly reporting- for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.

- Keep pace with search engine and PPC- industry trends and developments.

- Brainstorm new and creative growth-hacking strategies

- Communicate to team and management on- project development, timelines, and results.

- Traffic and Competitor Analysis- regularly & routinely to maintain an edge.

Essential Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities) :

- 5-8 years of experience in Performance Marketing preferably in online space

- Experience with Google Ad words, affiliate marketing, CPC, search marketing

- Extremely strong in Google Analytics

- Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports

- Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments

Qualifications : B.TECH/B.E

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required : 5-8 Years

Annual CTC : upto 12 LPA
