Manager - Sales - Two Wheeler Business (4-7 yrs)

We are urgently looking for Sales Manager for two wheeler company which is based out in Ahmedabad location.

JD FOR SALES MANAGER

- Responsible for achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Sales targets.

- Ensuring profitability in sales and showroom operations thru cost controls.

- Maintaining Stock register in excel with Ageing date.

- Put forward a system to generate additional Inquiries thru Tele- SMS Net based inquiries

- Develop and track the Event and Activity Plan for the month.

- Develop a robust Inquiry capturing mechanism from all inquiry sources.

- Ensuring daily systematic Inquiry follow up with sales team.

- Provide Periodic product training on selling skills and soft skills of the team.

- Help and support sales team in closing deals with clients thru personal intervention.

- Ensure Add-on's like Accessories, Extended Warranty, Road side assistance packages are pitched with every vehicle.

- Ensure periodic follow-up with older clients in the system in order to encourage repeat and referral business.

- Be committed to pro-actively capturing Customer complaints and dis-satisfaction and providing fast resolution to any genuine issues.

- Carryout periodic market survey's for up-dation on competition and knowledge on competitor vehicles.

- Ensure proper filling of all customer related documents like quotations, Proforma invoice etc.

- Ensure all paperwork relating to each deal are complete in the customer docket. ( rto, insurance, finance, Debit notes invoice, RC book, M tax bills, lifetime tax etc)

- Assist customers in availing the finance options during sales of the vehicle.

- Draw the managements requirements towards any special requirements, to ensure that customer vehicles are ordered in time for clients, urgent Stock required etc.

- Ensure that vehicles for delivery are received on time with PDI check sheet

- Be present during Delivery hand over with the client along with the SC.

- Daily reporting in EBROS format to be given to head office. (daily cumulative report)

- Prepare detailed Analysis of Sales exec wise productivity on weekly basis.

- Prepare month end PPT presentation of ebros, activities, events, Sc wise performance etc and provide to management.

- Ensure that Marketing material like brochures / catalogues are ordered well in time for the showroom.

- Ensure that entire sales Premises are cleaned 2-3 times a day by cleaning staff.

- Maintain a TD vehicle register.

- Ensure all TD vehicles are put in for regular service and periodic maintenance.

- Ensure Staff Uniform, Hygiene and grooming is maintained on daily basis.

- Supervise the Accounts / cashier on daily basis. Keep a track of Receipts, receivables and expenses.

- Maintain and control Miscellaneous cash expenses within the premises.

- Interaction with the Area sales office of Piaggio and its representatives.

- The JD is not only restricted to the above-mentioned activities. Additional requirements will be on a need be basis as the situation demands.
