Company Description : XYZ is a startup EV Fleet as a Service company that provides eco-friendly transportation solutions. We are looking for a Sales Manager to generate and close leads from FMCG, F&B, E-Commerce, Food Commerce, Mobility sector.

Job Description :

- Bluwheelz is seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating and closing leads from FMCG, F&B, E-Commerce, Food Commerce, Mobility sector in the Delhi NCR region. The Sales Manager will work closely with our senior management team and report directly to the VP.

Responsibilities :

- Identify potential clients from FMCG, F&B, E-Commerce, Food Commerce, Mobility sector and develop a strategy to approach them.

- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.

- Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to generate leads and promote XYZ .Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and collateral.

- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and finance, to ensure seamless delivery of services.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the transportation industry.

- Proven track record of generating and closing leads.

- Experience in FMCG, F&B, E-Commerce, Food Commerce, Mobility sector is a plus.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Must be based in Delhi NCR or willing to relocate.
