Manager - Sales Training - Pharma (4-10 yrs)

I Hierarchical Direct link : 

- Reporting directly to the Commercial Director for Sales and Marketing and doted reporting to the Regional Learning & development Manager ME.

II Global task : 

- We are looking for an experienced Training Specialist to join our team.

- You will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our People.

- You will be planning and implementing the yearly training calendar of India Population, enhancing their learning Knowledge and designing customized soft skills Focusing on below modules:

o Bioderma Product Knowledge

o Skin Structure knowledge

o Pathology Knowledge

o Selling technique

o Other Soft skills needed Based on the Training Need Analysis TNA of your region (e.g. presentation skills, effective communication, customer service - etc.)

Trainings Audience:

- Internal team

(Field Base & Office base)

- External teams / Clients (Distributors /Medical Center /Clinics /Pharmacies)

- Handle training material development in association with local team in all location and HQ.

- Material development will include and not limited to, updates, translation, activities, workbook, fliers, videos, Training Manuals - etc. at each level of audience.

II Geographical Scope : India Region

III Main Responsibilities

A. Prioritize, design & Schedule the yearly training plan in the last month of the year during budget presentation based on the marketing plan submitted from the business unit head this will include product knowledge and soft skills training.

B. Schedules and create all training sessions requested as a pop up to support the business need a minimum of one week in advance of the training day

C. Coordinates and communicate with the respective people the invitations and changes of the training sessions and training plan when needed, keeping track of the changes and the reason behind it on the training platform

D. Facilitate and deliver:

1. Product Knowledge including (Pathology and Skin Structure) - face to face and virtual training on monthly basis (70 %)

2. Soft Skills - face to face and virtual training, depending on the need (30 %)

E. Collect and analyze data on capability and learning needs of the brands based on evaluation tests and reports.

F. Build smart objectives, insights, action plan and training plan on monthly basis based on data and reports to cover the business need.

G. Share trainer evaluation form and feedback immediately after each training to support managers understand the level and areas of development of their team.

H. Build from scratch following the ADDIE model any soft skills training topic to support the need of the business and decrease the cost of external trainings and purchases of topic, by doing research, design and development of the material from PowerPoint to activities and learner booklets.

I. Prepare:

1. Training documentation such as product knowledge

2. Training manuals

3. Hand notes for participants

4. Bank Questionnaires

5. and other support materials

J. Update on the go when received from the HQ all the above-mentioned material (hard and soft copies and on the related platforms SHAREPOINT)

K. Record:

1. Short Videos related to products and upload them on the training library to cover all the brand SKUs

2. Videos of each online or face to face product knowledge delivered and upload them on the training platform for future reference

L. Handle a Learning Management System (Talent Soft) and the Training Management System

SharePoint for the brand using SharePoint:

1. Training form creation

2. Evaluation forms

3. Tests

4. Library

5. Tutorials

6. Organization of pictures taken for each training

7. Product videos

M. Suggest books, website, games, applications, competitions, new ideas and activities to boost the learning of product knowledge and facial protocols

Administrative

- Prepare POs and Follow up payment and Updating the Brand budget.

- Using Training Management System - SharePoint

- Handling Learning Management System (Talent Soft)

- Enhancing the Learning in LinkedIn Learning /Workplace.
