Job Description :


This is an exciting opportunity to join a Global company. In this role, you will be responsible for the development of new services based on training packages that are only available at our company in India. You will be able to be involved in the development of products and sales methods, in addition to selling predetermined products in predetermined ways


- Reaching monthly sales targets

- Team building


- Sales planning

- Formulation of sales and action targets / Action plans for which client to approach, at which timing to approach, and what kind of proposals the sales staff will make.

- Sales strategy development

- Formulate sales strategies: Understand the potential needs of users based on marketing and data, plan services, develop methods to attract customers, and design revenue structures.

Requirements :

- Bachelors or Master Degree in business or related field.

- Relevant Experience in either B2B or B2C sales.

- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.

- Experience managing and directing a sales team.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Competencies :

- Team lead and assists them with all challenges

- Implement new strategy for sales department

- Plan and organize work to meet priorities and time lin
