Job Description
- This is a Development role in Agency Channel.
- Which includes Mentoring, Goal setting and Training, this role have various aspects. Majorly supporting the business on field for their Development.
- Ideally this role is a combination of Sales and Training, they will not be accountable on direct business targets but will be part of indirect target in the form of development.
- We are ideally looking for Successful sales professionals from Agency Model who are keen to explore more into Support and Mentoring Roles.
- Role includes travelling to locations under certain Area branches if required.
- This role is eligible for Incentive and Bonus
- Coordination with internal and external stakeholder.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Person from Agency Model with atleast 2 years of Agency Trainer or 4 to 5 years of Agency Sales Experience.
- Person with 3 to 4 years sales experience and looking out for trainer role.
