Manager - Sales Training - Insurance (3-4 yrs)
Candidate Requirement
- Graduate with at least 3 years of experience in Sales training or Life Insurance Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product; sales; behavioral for sales team
- Induction training for newly joined employees
- Preparation of Training Calendar for mapped branches as per the training needs of the Sales Team.
- Ensure Training coverage.
- Preparing & submitting MIS as required by the organization
- Experience in handling Agency & Banca
- Having handled product, process, skill, and behavioral modules
- Sound knowledge of Insurance and related subjects
- Sales experience is a bonus.
