Responsibilities :
- Include identification and appointment of distributors, manage distributor sales team productivity to achieve targeted business.
- Understand the effectiveness and relevance of incentive structure for distributors
- Identify and appoint distributors for our product.
- Monthly sales and strategic planning with distributors
- Managing PJP and training cycles for distribution field force
- Identify opportunities and work along with head office
- Relationship management with distributors.
- Also increase the business with the existing distributors.
- Continuous analysis of market and market share
