Manager - Sales - Tea OTC Products (10-20 yrs)
Job Description :
Our client is a leading Tea OTC Products Manufacturing company with major presence in Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh.
Responsible for :
- Complete sales and distribution planning, target setting and motivating the team to achieve the volume and contribution targets for the Region(Rest of Maharashtra & MP), Developing trade to increase the distribution footprint in the region, Strategise Sales Plan implementation,
- Planning & developing a strong distribution & field force infrastructure. Implementing of systems, polices & procedures related to Inventory Management, outstanding clearance, retailing systems etc.
- Planning & executing sales & marketing activities/ initiatives. Competition tracking & strategizing as per market movement. Recruiting, developing & training of TSO, ASM's.
