Retail Finance :
- Liaison with the financiers at local level for Retail and Wholesale Finance
- Ensure multiple financier options for SCV customers
- Drive execution of Finance schemes
- Drive Financier wise penetration in each market - monthly targets
- Help resolve financier issues with dealers
- Govt Customers
- Regular visit of govt departments, fleet customers
- Track upcoming govt orders, tenders etc
- Coordinate for winning the order and ensure smooth execution
- Settlement of dealer incentive claims
- VAP Sales
- Drive VAP and Accessories business at the dealerships
- Order generation, execution
- Exchange
- Drive Organized Commercial Exchange
- Build dealer capability for SCV Exchange and reduce plain off loading
- Rural Sales
- Drive rural market coverage by dealers
- Leverage current Mitra Technician, Saathi & Pradhan base for SCV sales
- Drive activities jointly with Marketing
