- Position : Sales Manager - Pharma Intermediates & Food Ingredients
- Minimum Experience : 4+ years in domestic/international sales in specialty chemicals
- Reporting to : Founder & CEO
- Job Location : Gurgaon, Haryana
Candidate profile :
- 4+ years of experience in business development in Specialty Chemicals.
- 2+ Years experience with a Distribution/Trading organization.
- Preferred industry experience : Pharmaceuticals, Personal Care, or Neutraceutical
- Deep understanding of the chemical supply chain including sourcing, credit management, and fulfillment
- Bachelors/Masters in Chemical Engineering;
- Candidate should be open to working in a young dynamic startup
Role & responsibilities :
- To plan, initiate, and establish the growth of the company's business in specialty chemicals.
- Developing new opportunities by identifying market demands and building partnerships.
- Ability to develop progressive marketing strategies with an ambition to take the business to the next level
- Design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the organization. Support and facilitate the development and implementation of business/marketing plans
- Developing personal network within and outside the organization through meetings with customers & consultants in various forums & conferences.
