Manager - Sales - Solar Product (2-6 yrs)

1. Identifies and proposes potential Solar business by contacting prospects and explores opportunities. Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, evaluation options, resolving internal priorities. Close new business. 


2. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. Conduct research to identify new markets & customer needs, Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Promote the company's products/services addressing


 3. A keen planner, strategist & implementer with demonstrated abilities in devising marketing activities and accelerating the business growth, Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations for business development.


 4. Achieve growth & sales targets as per the budget


 5. Identify new clients by developing new sales strategy & business development for region


 6. Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status 


7. Maintain good relationship & retention of existing clients with smooth services 


8. Present sales, revenue & expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team through BD MIS & analysis 


9. To lead the negotiation to close the deal and draw in resources from within the company to make it happen.

- Candidates with B2B Sales experience preferably in MSME segment including those from industry segments like: Cables, batteries, UPS, Wealth Management, Telecom will be considered.


- At least 2 years- experience in SolarSales PV projects will be preferred. Experience working in Industrial, Commercial, Institutional and Residential segments

- Knowledge of Rooftop & Ground Mounted Solar Power plants
