Manager - Sales - SME Loans (2-8 yrs)
ROLE DESCRIPTION :-
- Manage team to bring SME business through direct sources (Financial Advisors networks & other) and strive to achieve l business volume.
- Focus on month targets achievements on Loan -Disbursals, Processing Fee, Income and Portfolio Health ((working Capital- TL, WCDL, Machine loan, etc,)
- Meet key prospects on regular basis with an objective to generate new business
- Understand key customer segments and their business potential and associated risk
- Prepare initial credit proposal for evaluation of customers.
- Present the credit proposal at the credit team.
- Ensure a healthy credit quality of the portfolio
- Ensure portfolio quality & revenue levels
- Ensure additional revenue generation through cross - sell.
