Manager - Sales - Security Services (3-6 yrs)
Vacancy with a leading Security Services Company, providing Total Security Solutions to Corporates and Industries across Eastern India, for its HQ in Kolkata. Role : Manager Sales.
The role involves enhancement of branch billing and ensure smooth operations of all the branches towards Business Development and thereafter Co-ordinate with Unit Security Heads to ensure implementation of the Security & Administration SOP.
Enhance the billing of the State.
- Ensures conflict resolution and discipline implementation of internal and external colleagues.
- Monitors adherence to the security budget through control mechanisms.
- Executes relocation - transfers - movement for all personnel .
- Ensures that bills are recorded correctly along with the relevant taxes and surcharges accurately recorded for the all the invoices related to the department.
- Surprise Spot Check and Security visit of local and out station units to be done at regular intervals.
- Keeps self-apprised of discipline matters occurring within the units and takes corrective action.
