Manager - Sales - Rotating Equipment (8-15 yrs)

We are looking for Manager - Sales (New Build) for a UK MNC to take care of North region having 8 to 15 yrs exp in the relevant domain who has good exp in handling distributors and OEM Market.

Main purpose of job

1. Sell the products in the region North in infrastructure, general industries such as food, glass, paper, water and possibly in one or many of the segments as follows cement, power, steel, petrochemical, oil & gas.

2. Achieve the booking target in terms of the volume at a targeted margin. Manage distributors/agents and serve the OEM market to generate and convert business opportunities for North Region.

Accountabilities

1. Business development and enquiry generation.

2. Enquiry handling and deal closure techno-commercial clarification, commercial offer preparation, negotiation

3. Prepare sales forecast.

4. Achieve planned annual booking volume and booked margins (quarter by quarter).

5. Conduct customer visits according to plan.

6. Support marketing activities.

7. Fully understand and live the values of the Organisation

8. Maintain customer relationship to support project execution, action receivables

9. Coordinate with service team in case of any service related issues with customer.

- Graduate in Engineering BE/BTech Mechanical or Electrical

- 8 to 12 years of experience of technical sales in domestic market (preferrably in North). - Preferably with experience in handling rotating equipment sales such as fans, blowers, pumps or air compressors having dealt with sectors described above.

- Good communication (English), presentation and influencing skills.

- High level of drive and determination to achieve set goals.

- Business acumen, familiarity with industrial processes

- Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office products.

Desirable skills, knowledge & behaviours

- MBA in General Management, Marketing

- Team Management

- Good communication (Hindi)

- Experience in handling complex Terms & Conditions.

- Negotiation skills.

- User experience in CRM-systems.

Education :

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Electrical, Mechanical, Production/Industrial
