Job Description :
1. Interface with walk-in customers, understand their requirement and suggest appropriate solutions.
2. Allot enquiries to designers and facilitate entire customer buying process from design to execution.
3. Communicate with the customers for payment and delivery intimations
4. Co-ordinate with Project team for project progress and delivery co-ordination
5. Achieving Sales targets for studio
6. Stock liquidation with ageing as criteria
7. Order Booking and collections in system
8. Studio infrastructure management
REQUISITE QUALIFICATION
Essential: Graduation in any discipline
REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE
Essential: 4 to 6 years of relevant experience
Preferred: Relevant experience in Retail sales from Furniture / Interior solutions
SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Essential: - Flair for selling Products
- Customer centricity
- Excellent communication skills (English and local language)
- IT / eCom savvy
- Should be presentable
