Job Description: A Leading Retail company in Mumbai requires Sales Manager.
Job Role:
1. This position is responsible for B2B business for aromatising, personal care products, aroma products and gifting to hotels, spas, private public spaces, hospitals, retail chains & showrooms, automobile showrooms, corporate offices and events.
2. Create requirement, see opportunities and offer solutions.
3. Recognize and reach out to new customers every month by
presenting them the concept and benefits of aromatising.
4. Upselling and cross selling with existing customers and serve new offerings.
5. Pitch solutions and services to ensure consistent daily lead generation.
6. Maintain and develop relationships with customers.
7. Continuous business generation, upsell, responsible for payments, revenue generation, revenue collection and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
8. Responding to customer issues and comments
9. Promoting aromatisation by building and maintaining relationship with the company admin heads, executives house keepers and operation managers.
10. Recognizing and gathering market information and adding those values to develop solutions.
11. Conducting shows and event sponsored by the company and also responsible for BTL (Below the Line) activities and marketing activation. This role also involves communication via email, orally and in person with the present and the future customers.
Key Skills:
Experience of managing a team with 6-8 members
Local Language fluency
Age - Below 45 years

Relevant Experience: 5+ year's experience in Retail / FMCG
