What is the client looking for :

The role would be an individual contributor who will have connections with the HR/TA Heads and will be able to meet clients to sell them the background verification solution offered by our client. The role will need the person to be able to pitch the product, demo the product and be able to handle objections thrown by a customer. The role will involve traveling to meet customers in person within the city. This will be a target driven role and will have an incentive over and above the fixed compensation.

Job Summary : Responsible for generating, developing and qualifying new leads to increase revenue opportunity in specific target vertical sectors or market segments.

Job Description :

1. Experience in verifications, Recruitment/IT background industry will be an advantage.

2. This will be an individual contributor role where the individual should be able to generate leads on their own and work on that leads towards closure.

3. Develops strategies to boost sales.

4. Develops programs to attract new accounts and retain existing account bases. Maintaining customer relationships.

5. Lead generation & Field sales.

6. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns to achieve goals of the company.

7. Prepares periodic sales reports showing sales volume and potential sales.

8. Open to travelling
