Position - Recruitment & Development Manager (RDM)
Work locations - Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mysore
Job role -
- Selling Insurance products of HDFC Life, as per channel strategy (Agency).
- Meeting prospective customer in assigned geography and sell insurance solutions that cater to their financial needs.
Criteria :
Education - 10+2+3 (Graduation or Diploma)
Must have 3+ years of full time work experience, preferably in any sales/marketing/business development / any relevant experience.
Age must be between 24+ years.
- Must be resident of job location city for 3+ years
- Females and males - both preferred.
- Must have own 2-wheeler (mandatory)
- Must be able to join immediately or max within 15 days after getting offer.
- Must have all relevant documents (like, PAN, Aadhar, Educational & Employment documents)
Salary - 3.50 LPA to 5 LPA + Huge Incentives
