Manager - Sales - Real Estate (8-12 yrs)
Job Description:
- Set clear sales goals and targets as per company terms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property developers, buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Act as a key point of contact for high-profile clients and handle any escalated issues or concerns.
- Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to track progress towards goals and identify areas for improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment to maximize productivity and morale.
- Ensure compliance with real estate regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, CRM and other departments to execute sales campaigns and initiatives effectively.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting sales performance, market trends, and opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with legal requirements, licensing regulations, and best practices in the real estate industry.
- Provide ongoing training, feedback, and performance evaluations to enhance the team's effectiveness.
