Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-8 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Display commercial and residential properties to customers, ensuring that the company's high -standards were met and all policies and procedures are followed.
- Planning and executing marketing programmed, producing the targeted number of qualified leads.
- Working with third parties in many different professions towards a smooth transaction for the clients.
- Foster positive client relationships in order to obtain referral business.
- Negotiating on behalf of the company with clients and closing deals.
- Maintaining relationships with mortgage professionals and lawyers in order to advise clients and recommend reputable people to work with.
- Graduate & MBA preferred.
