As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales of our luxury real estate properties in Goa. We are seeking a professional with a proven track record in luxury sales, whether real estate or high-end products, and a deep understanding of artificial intelligence as it applies to sales and marketing strategies. This position requires a combination of market acumen, tech-savvy, and exceptional interpersonal skills to engage and convince discerning clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute sales strategies for luxury real estate properties.

- Utilize artificial intelligence tools to analyze market trends and customer behavior, enhancing sales efforts.

- Engage with high-net-worth clients to understand their needs and present suitable luxury properties.

- Leverage social media and other digital platforms to generate leads and build a strong brand presence.

- Maintain an extensive knowledge of the current real estate market in Goa, including pricing, availability, and competitive positioning.

Requirements :

- Minimum experience : Proven track record in selling luxury real estate or luxury products.

- Education: Undergraduate and Postgraduate degrees obtained through regular courses from reputable universities.

- Deep knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in sales and marketing.

- Exceptional convincing skills tailored to the luxury market.

- Proficient in utilizing social media for brand promotion and sales.
