Job Position Reportees : Sales Executive

Job Description:-

1) Manages and leads the sales & marketing function at the sites.

2) Manages a team sales executives and managers to and sets the desired Sales goals.

3) Under leader ship and guidance of the head of sales & marketing oversees and co-ordinates activities for achieving increased growth & profitability.

4) Identifying prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve consistent profitability.

5) Building and maintaining healthy business relations with customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & quality norms.

6) Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in sales operations and meeting of individual & group targets.

7) Providing complete service to clients involving counseling, site visits, and negotiations with potential buyers /seller.

8) Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan changes as needed.

9) Managing sales & marketing operations, & achieving increased sales growth

10) Strategic advice on current property trends, market potential & future Expectations.

11) Vetting analysis & appraisal of real estate Portfolios.

12) Determining the current market value of residential or commercial property for sale / purchase / lease, etc in terms of residential projects.

13) Ensures quality adherence in documentation such as registration, allotment letter, stamp duty, vat etc.

14) Establishes relationships with pertinent departments of mortgage lending institutions

15) Maintains a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.

16) Participates and involves in recruitment, selection & training of the team.

17) Undertakes periodic staff performance evaluation and coaches them.

18) Ensure accounts receivables are well managed and as per target.

19) Sends reminders to creditors.

20) Escalates consistent defaulters to head sales and marketing for ad

Experience:- 8 years post MBA
