- Responsible for Generating Business for the Company

- Able to Meet Sales Target

- Able to Make New Channel Partners for Channel Sales

- Coordinating with Clients as per Company Requirements

- Able to Understand the Products and Services Offered by the Company.

- Able to Deliver Sales Pitches Confidently & Promptly

- Make Efforts to New Channels of Commercial & Residential Real Estate Sales

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum 5 years of real estate experience is a must.

- A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

- Inclination towards making a career in real estate industry.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.

- Must have excellent communication skills.

- Pleasing Personality and able to handle sales within defined guidelines.

- Good PR, Social and Networking Skills to enhance customer base.
