Position: Sales Manager - Real Estate

- Experience: 5-10 Years Exp. In sales function into a real estate company at Managerial position. Must hold experience in sales of multi-storey high rise luxurious apartment, Villas and commercials.

- Qualification: MBA- Sales/Marketing

- Job location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan (local candidate will be preferred)

Skilss:

- Leadership Skill

- Very strong written and oral communication skills, negotiation and persuasion skills

- Strong technical experience across solutions and industry vertices

- Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close

- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets

- High-level proficiency with MS Office programs-Computer skills (MS Office Excel, Power Point & Word) Adobe Photoshop & Corel Draw.

Responsibilities:

- Developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization, in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

- Conceptualizing the marketing strategy and execution plan to meet short and long-term business goals

- Perform analyses on marketing strategy effectiveness

- Excellent execution skills and complete ownership of all marketing activities

- Working with senior management and other peers for strategy development and execution planning

- Responsible for tracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of marketing activities, and development/automation of regular reports.

- Demonstrated ability to deal with a fast-paced environment, managing multiple demands, and prioritizing to deliver work on time.

- Ability to manage multiple work streams concurrently and deliver results on schedule.

- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company's relationship with them

- Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

- Establishing, promoting, and maintaining company's brand to generate business.

- Expanding the channel partner base and coordinating with them regularly for sales

- Develop strategies and execute tactics that communicate their company's brand message

- Work with agents, vendors, lawyers, and members of the press to establish a high profile for the business.

- Reviewing the leading status, team performance, campaign analysis, attendance, target status, and competition status, as well as validating the booking entry made by the senior associate and handing over the form along with the check to the post sales team

Responsible for executing marketing strategy in collaboration with other members of the minor real estate team
