Manager - Sales - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)

Our client is an established Realty Business Group Founded in 1986, headquartered in Mumbai, focuses on affordable redevelopment apartments and land projects.

- Within real estate business verticals, they also focus on land acquisitions projects, townships and large scale housing projects whereas, they are experts in redevelopment of housing and commercial projects. They have built various projects from high rises to individual bungalows in and around Mumbai and has quickly acquired a reputation of being a reliable, trusted and a professional business player who delivers on time.

- They ensure that all the transactions and interactions are transparent thus enabling to nurture long term relationship with the customers, partners and all the stakeholders.

Job Title: Sales Manager (Sourcing) - Real Estate - Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

1. Generate sales through standard sales processes as hereunder

a. Generate leads through cold calling.

b. Follow up on leads as shared by presales team (leads generated through marketing activities)

c. Work/ follow up on leads shared by Channel partners

2. Be responsible for all customer handling, managing, presentation and queries.

3. Ensure to keep the channel partners activated and closing managers attend the clients as required.

4. Keep a track on the visits made by Channel Partners and their clients and follow up to ensure effective conversion of sales cycle.

5. Responsible for implementing the marketing techniques which will involve suggesting and implementing ways where knowledge of a project can reach the end client.

6. Ensure to follow the assigned script for all interactions.

7. Understand and coordinate client's needs / enhancements, customizations if any.

8. Consult with Sales team lead to provide effective solutions to the client within a turnaround time.

9. Effectively build relationships, making sales presentations and conduct client negotiations.

10. Develop and sustain effective relations with clients and channel partners to ensure repeat / referral services.

11. Maintain sales logs, daily activity logs in the leads management system (Sales force)

12. Maintain follow-up reports for accurate information capture on a sales cycle.

Key Skills: Requirement: 80% Sourcing and 20% Closing

Key Skills :

1. Ability to co-ordinate in a seamless way, internally as well as externally for business closures.

Mandatory :

1. High level of sales expertise and client-channel partner interactive skills.

2. Excellent Communication Skills.

Job Location: Worli, Mulund, Mumbai (need candidates residing between Andheri to Churchgate only as the candidate will be handling Grant Road/Dadar area in Mumbai)

Qualification: Graduate/MBA

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days
