Roles and Responsibilities : 

- Responsible for developing business plans and sales strategies for the market to meet goal and objectives of the company.

- Cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business

- Respond to incoming e mail and Phone enquiries

- Act as a contact between our company and its existing and potential markets

- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close deals

- Challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy

- Advise on forth coming product developments and discuss special promotions to the brokers

- Help in preparing business plans and sales strategies to meet the companies business goals and objectives.

- Fixing up site visits for clients and briefing them about the site/project.

- Convincing them on the property investment and its benefits.

- Coordinating with various Banks for Project Approval for funding to clients and smooth disbursement.

- Legal Technical Documentation Verification of new launch Project.

- Actively participated in the unit sales planning and generated unit action plans for exceeding and achieving sales targets.

- Prepared and gathered accurate reports on all sales related activities.

- Generated new business via outdoor/outbound marketing calls, local sales promotions, seminars and presentations.

- Gave justifications for deviations and waivers from standard pricing

- Be responsible for end to end sales: Lead Generation to closure and post closure relationship management.

1. Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

2. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.

3. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation

4. Technology savvy.

5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Strong business sense and industry expertise.

6. Candidates from Real Estate industry will be given priority .

- Candidate should be able to prepare daily G-Sheet for sales reporting.

- Should be dynamic and eager to follow-up with clients and close sales efficiently.

- Good Following up with Customers/Leads
