Experience : 4 - 8 Years
Eligibility Criteria : Candidates should be from Real Estate Organisation.
Responsibilities :
1. Show casing the Property to the new Clients.
2. Conversion of Digital enquiries into leads and then site visits.
3. Handling a team of 4 people, who are responsible for generating leads and turning the leads to site visits
4. Negotiation with clients who visits the site and concluding the sale.
5. Training the team to achieve there targets.
6. Identifying the new sources of generating the leads in the form of conducting the corporate events & Road shows in the potential areas.
7. Maintaining the Good Customer relationship & Customer Satisfaction for improving the referral base Sales.
