Manager - Sales - Real Estate (4-7 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and performance standards.
3. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
4. Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base while also enhancing the company's presence.
5. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and report on team/individual performance.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure a cohesive brand message and to identify opportunities for sales campaigns.
8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
9. Provide training and mentorship to the sales team, enhancing their skills and professional development.
